How about a super easy watercolour card? This card uses the new PinkFresh STAMPtember set, Just Start. It’s a gorgeous floral set with two images of grouped flowers, leaves and berries.
I’ve linked all supplies with compensated affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you.

This ethereal style of watercolouring with lost edges and soft blends is super easy to do. First off, stamp and white heat emboss the flowers onto a Hot Pressed watercolour card – although I prefer Cold Pressed card, the texture can make it hard for heat embossing, especially with delicate lines. As such, the smooth texture of the Hot Pressed card is preferable.

Start with a light, loose layer of paint, letting the colours bleed out into the background. Lots of water is essential for this step. Then, once dry, add a few more light layers over key areas such as the flower centres, leaves and the odd berry.

I added a sprinkling of sequins and pearls and a gold heat embossed sentiment from the Just Start set.

So beautiful Debby! The softness of the colours and the gentle loose watercolouring is exquisite. Stunning creation. Hugs, Wends xoxo
Yes, so etherial but the glowing golden berries. . . all so beautiful.
I love the softness of this so much…plus your encouragement that it’s easy!
Super-gorgeous!! Thanks for the tip about hot-pressed/cold-pressed. You’re a master and I (no pun intended) soak up every bit of knowledge I can from you!
