Hello, and happy Monday! We are starting off the week with this fabulous Hug In A Mug Art Impressions STAMPtember exclusive. I’ve linked all supplies with compensated affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you.
I don’t often paint people, but when I do the thing I find hardest is choosing outfits for them to wear! While I was painting this, I was wearing a burnt orange top with black and white stripes and so I used that for the woman on the right. As for the lady on the left, I chose a mossy green I love and then hinted at a big knit pattern. I paired both with jeans and pulled that dusky blue up into the hats and gloves.
KEY INGREDIENTS
I am a collector of mugs. I do love a good mug when having a tea or coffee. Stripes are a favourite, so I painted the mug on the right in simple stripes. For the mug on the left, I used an Emma Bridgewater mug for inspiration.
