STAMPtember it may be, but it’s not only about the stamps! Although, it is Lawn Fawn collaboration stamp set reveal day – more on that below. You will have to scroll through a lot of photos because I really went to town trying to capture all the new and exciting products under the Simon umbrella which aren’t stamps. I’m going to highlight a few of the more recent releases starting with the new inks released just this week on 01 September! I’ve linked all supplies with compensated affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you.
I have a lot to share, starting off with the five new trios of Simon inks which have been specially chosen to work fabulously together. A year in the making, these inks have every attention to detail from the colours to the formula to the fabric pad to the labels with the colour printed on the side too.
“This is a set of 15 versatile dye ink pads that can be used for a wide variety of techniques and blended together perfectly.
This saturated dye ink has a raised surface for inking any size stamp and is a durable foam pad for transferring just the right amount of ink.
It’s a quick-drying, water reactive ink for saving time, but also able to be used in watercoloring.
Acid free and fade resistant.”
Working from left to right:
- Reds – Pucker, Blush and Cheeky
- Oranges – Mandarin, Grapefruit and Peachy
- Yellows – Citrine, Sunbeam and Lemonade
- Greens – Pearfection, Limelicious, Celery
- Blues – Ocean, Surf, Seafoam
You know me, Greens and Blues are always a favourite and the labels on the side makes storing and organising them a breeze.
I found an acrylic container in my stash and just look at that, a perfect fit for the new 15 inks!
This image is the perfect transition to my next group of products – blender brushes. The blender brushes are a great match for the new ink colours. Especially this Sunbeam ink pad, it couldn’t have been a closer match to the yellow blending brushes.
The blending brushes can be bought as a full set of both large and small sizes …
… or equally a large set on their own …
… small set on their own or equally individual brushes.
The bristles are as smooth as a baby’s bottom, as the phrase goes! Each brush is made with premium, soft bristle hair that holds a lot of ink and blends over even the most delicate of stencils with care and ease.
A lot of thought went into the design of these blending brushes – the signature paw print with a heart on the back of each bristle head and the range of colour options with 10 brushes in the sets to choose from.
Also, note the little brush caps for keeping your bristles protected and any ink randomly getting onto your work (don’t ask how I know!).
ADHESIVES
Joining the Simon adhesives team is red line tape in both ¼ and ⅛ inch widths! Paired with the dot runner and glue stick, they fulfil every sticky situation!
The PET, or Pawsitively Everything Tool, is one of those inventions that you never knew how you lived without! Similar to when the Misti came along and changed stamping forever, the PET is a design marvel.
So here’s the highly anticipated Lawn Fawn STAMPtember collaboration set. This set is sure to fly off the shelves with the cute winter sloth! The stamp set can be bought individually but there are also matching dies for the set too.
