Is it any surprise that Altenew’s STAMPtember set is a beautiful floral! They do florals so well. I used the individual floral elements in the set to build a bouquet. I’ve linked all supplies with compensated affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you.
BUILDING A FLORAL BOUQUET
I started out by stamping all the various flower and leaf elements in the From The Rose Bush set onto computer paper and cutting them out. I then arranged the bouquet around the one large rose image, moving the computer paper pieces and tucking them in and around the rose.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Once I was happy with the design, I worked out which was the element most in the foreground, in this case, the rose and stamped that first on the watercolour card with waterproof ink. I then used the paper piece of this rose as a mask and stamped the leaves around it. Where needed, I used the other pieces as masks too until I had a bouquet of flowers arranged and ready for painting.
I painted with Daniel Smith watercolours, keeping everything light and airy with just a few pops of deeper colour in the shadows.
I added a simple sentiment from the set, stamped in clear embossing ink on a black card and white heat embossed before trimming to a skinny banner. I added the painted panel to an Ivory card base with foam tape and then more foam tape for the sentiment strip. I finished off with a sprinkling of sequins and pearls.

Great tip on making the flower arrangement! You made it look light and airy, but bold at the same time– just beautiful! I really love how the pale blue background along with the accent spray makes the center flower pop. Love it!
