Huntington’s Disease Fundraiser Crafty Box

I don’t normally send out two blog posts in a day, but I thought this was such a worthy cause to let people know about and also a great deal on a craft box too.

I am going to place below the words from Heidi, the owner of Simon Says Stamp because no one can say it better as it comes from personal experience.

In 2017, we raised over $130,000 for Hurricane relief with the help of YOU our amazing and generous customers, as well as many of our generous vendors. With the help of volunteers and our Simon team, we made “Crafty Parcels” from a selection of products and sold them on our website. 100% of the sales were donated to hurricane relief efforts for those impacted by hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria.

I would like to do this for another charity that is very personal and close to my heart because it affects my family, HDSA. Huntington’s Disease (HD) is a genetic, neurodegenerative disease with a devastating impact on individuals and entire families. It is hereditary and it is terminal.

So far, there is no cure for Huntington’s Disease.
It is with a sense of urgency that I am called to help raise money for research and development of a cure and to support other families of this deadly and horrific disease.
If you are interested in purchasing a box of goods, please know that 100% of the net sales of the box will be going to support the Central Ohio HDSA as many contribute to the search for a cure.
