My apologies for the delayed start on my blog this year. For the first time in a long time, I took a true social media break and delighted in quiet time with my family over the Holidays and into the New Year. However, I’m back and I’m over on the Simon Says Stamp blog today with a video for my Doodling With Debby series. One of the things I’ve noted recently is that simple projects are the most popular and so I’m starting out the year with a simple handmade Valentine’s card, but this card could be used all year round. I’ve linked all supplies with compensated affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you.
I hope you’ll call by and check out the video on Simon’s blog.

Pretty card. And I agree, we all need time for a “reset”. It’s healthy and in turn makes us more productive. Happy New Year!
Really lovely card!!!
so beautiful
Hi Debby, so good to have you back! Happy New Year. I am so glad you got to spend, as we say in American,
“quality time” with your family. Connecting with my family on an even deeper level has been my silver lining to this pandemic.
I too like your simpler cards. I LOVE your watercolors, but they are out of my league. I think that your sense of composition, color, balance is outstanding. That said, its all a great pleasure.
Oh, and more about the Gemini please. I have hand and neck issues and I am thinking of upgrading from my Vagabond.
Thanks for all you do, Debby!! You bring joy.
beautiful card, Debby!
Hi Leslie, and happy New Year to you too! Thank you for your sweet comments and as for the Gemini Junior – go for it. The best investment I made recently. Although I was working on the manual versions before so don’t have a direct experience of using the Vagabond.
