Take a look at that lovely Speckled Egg colour! I am absolutely in love!
I hope you have a good weekend, whatever your current rules/regulations are. Here in Scotland we are still in lockdown until the end of next week I think it is and any lifting of restrictions then will be minor. The silver lining is I am loving having everyone home, even my husband, who is a keyworker, gets to work from home as much as he can. I do miss seeing friends and family, though. However, I am taking the positives and managing to achieve things which have been on my to-do list for a while!
Love your work, stay safe.
Thanks for the heads up! This new colour is lovely.
What is a “keyworker”? Different terminology than here, I guess. Some restrictions have eased in Canada, but it varies a lot from one Province to the next. In Manitoba, as of today, you can have gatherings of up to 25 people indoors or 50 people outdoors, but are still asked to stay home as much as possible and maintain your distance from others. We have the lowest numbers in Canada. We’ll see how low they stay now that the weather is nice and people are going out more frequently. School is expected to resume in September.
A keyworker for us is anyone who is needed to keep the country going. So there are the front line health care, nursing etc and then there are the infrastructure workers keeping the water flowering, power on, internet, bin collection etc. so many people who aren’t on the front line but still important to keep things running smoothly. It is fabulous that your numbers are so low, we haven’t done so well here in the UK :(
Ah, I see. I wondered if that’s what it meant. We call is essential workers.
Thanks for the heads up on the sale. I have to say I am a little jealous of those that get to stay home, and have more time for card making. lol But I am sure it would wear thin very fast, and I am very blessed to still have a pay cheque. Enjoy your family!
