It’s time for my monthly video feature over at Simon Says Stamp – Doodling With Debby. The idea for this card came from my sister who messaged me to ask if I was going to do a watercoloured tartan heart for Valentine’s and so here we are! I kept the supplies really minimal – just use what you have to hand.
