I’m back today with more inspiration from the new Diecember release from Simon Says Stamp. This card is all simple layered die-cutting – no stamps allowed on this one! I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used where possible at no cost to you.
DIE CUT WINTER WISHES
I like cutting winter dies from white card – the clean and simple style showcases the dies, and there’s that nod to snowy winter scenes too. So I die cut the new Winter Foliage Frame from Bazzill Marshmallow card. The new Winter Wishes Circle die fits perfectly in the circle of the Winter Foliage die and so I cut this die from Schoolhouse Red card three times and layered one on top of the other with Gina K Connect glue. I usually like to add dimension with foam adhesive, but the lines of this beautiful die are too delicate and layering them up three high creates the same dimension.
I cut and scored a card base from Slate card, and then foam mounted a white panel cut with an A2 Thin Frames die. On top of this, I added a patterned paper panel cut with an A7 Thin Frames die. I like the way this gives an offset focal point. I topped this layer with another patterned paper cut with a Basic Banner die.
Finally, I added the WInter Wishes Circle/Winter Foliage Frame focal point with more foam adhesive, embellished with Pink And Main Silver Glossy Dots and paired with a Schoolhouse Red envelope.

Love the color and detail on this gorgeous card.
I love the use of your pattern paper! I have so much pattern paper from a time I only used pattern paper for cards but now I forget to use it. It looks so good behind your stacked die cut. Such a pretty card. I love coming to your blog for inspiration, I am never disappointed.
