When I created this chalkboard card the other day, I made extras for all the Christmas Foliage and Grace Snowflakes and rather than let them go to waste I created this card – two cards same supplies (more of less). CHRISTMAS GARLAND

For this card, I started with a panel of Neenah Desert Storm card and the Snowflakes Stencil from Simon Says Stamp. I swiped Wendy Vecchi white embossing paste through various snowflakes on the stencil to create diagonal movement from top left to bottom right. I then added the Christmas Foliage and Grace Snowflakes die cuts left over from my previous project here with foam adhesive.

I splattered liberally with white gouache over the whole panel and then added the panel to a card base cut and scored from Ivory card. I embellished with a twine bow, Pink And Main glossy dots and Glossy Accents on all the berries.

For the greeting, I took a simple sentiment from the Holiday Greeetings Mix 1 set and stamped it in clear embossing ink on a Black card before white heat embossing and trimming out. I added the banner to the card with foam adhesive.

And here’s the two cards side by side. 90% off the supplies are the same – same stamp set, die cuts, embellishments, and card stock. The only differences in supplies are the Gingham Background I used on the card on the left and the Snowflakes Stencil I used on the card on the right.
