Ok, let’s try this again, on the right date this time! I apologise for jumping the gun a week early last week and confusing everyone as to where the video was over on Simon’s blog. However, I’m crossing fingers that I’ve got it right this time! So here we go – It’s time for my monthly video feature over at Simon Says Stamp’s blog – Doodling With Debby. I’ve been inspired by the changing seasons to dig out all my flower stamps recently and so for this month; I combined the Center Cut Flowers Background stamp with a sentiment from the So Loved set. This card turned out to be a lesson in persistence; as is sometimes the case with watercolours, it can look a little ropey before you hit the pretty phase! I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
I hope you will pop over to Simon’s Blog to see the details and video :D

So very pretty!!
Very pretty, Debbie!
This is GORGEOUS Debby! What brand paint brush did you use???? I usually use Silver Black Velvet & saw those sleek silver brushes you used…. ;) LOVED watching you paint this! It looks WONDERFUL!!!
Becky, I’ve got two favourite brushes at present – the gold travel capped Escoda Reserva and the silver & black Rosemary & Co Kolinsky Sable Series 22. Both are in size 4. Hope that helps!
Thank you! I was wondering the same.
You and your art are so inspiring, Debby! I’ve been watching your videos and practicing my watercoloring. It’s just so relaxing to do and I love how honest you are about how you aren’t always sure how the project will turn out. You make it look so easy and your instruction is fantastic. Thank you!!
Debby your work is always so well done and this is no exception. What a pleasure it is to watch you paint. Persistance IS the key I guess. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful water coloured piece, it truly IS a stunning card.
So lovely, Debby, the coloring is stunning. This is such a fabulous stamp–adding it to my wish list. As always, tfs
I absolutely LOVE watching you work! Your artistic skills are remarkable!
Absolute gorgeous and glad it was time to show this awesome card Debby!
I am glad I am not the only one who wanted to use flower stamps and light spring colours.
Thank you so much for your video, tips on the way and have a great day.
