Today sees the start of the STAMPtember collaborations from Simon Says Stamp and we are kicking off with the ever-popular Lawn Fawn set! In case this is your first STAMPtember, Simon Says Stamp collaborates with your favourite brands to bring you exclusive stamp sets only available during September and only available while stocks last. The collaborations sets are released sprinkled out during the month and so please check back here daily and when there’s a new product released I’ll let you know. I have lots of cards to share with you this week too so you will be able to see the new sets in action. Remember once these sets are sold out that is it they are gone so if you see a set that takes your fancy then jump on it quick before it sells out!
Let’s take a closer look at the Lawn Fawn/Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember collaboration set, Nutty Or Nice! In addition, I also made a card and tag with the Fall/Winter release Say What Christmas Critters set, Reveal Wheel and Say What Gift Tag set to fully immerse myself in Lawn Fawn cuteness and ingenuity! I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
LAWN FAWN STAMPTEMBER
Starting with the STAMPtember Nutty Or Nice set and how cute are those winter critters and snowman! I stamped everyone in Intense Black ink on Neenah Solar White card and coloured with Copics before fussy cutting out. For the branch, I stamped that in Khaki ink and then repeated by partially stamping with Sparrow ink for shading.
I used the Really Rainbow Christmas patterned paper pad and die cut a large Scalloped Rectangle Stackable from red paper. I foam mounted that to a card base then added a layer of blue polka dot paper. I then die cut snowy slopes from the white snowflake paper with the Stitched Slopes & Hills dies and added these over the top. I adhered all the critters with foam adhesive and then finally stamped a sentiment from the set in clear embossing ink on the green patterned paper and white heat embossed before trimming to a skinny banner and adding to the card.
FALL/WINTER + REVEAL WHEEL
Before the STAMPtember set arrived I was delighted to receive a parcel of the new Lawn Fawn Fall/Winter supplies. I couldn’t resist getting stuck straight in with the Say What Christmas Critters set. I stamped the cute critters in Intense Black ink and coloured with Copics before die cutting with their matching dies. I then die cut and constructed the Reveal Wheel and stamped greetings from the Say What Christmas Critters so that they would appear through the speech bubble window I’d die cut using the Say What Christmas Critters die.
I again used a Scalloped Rectangle Stackable but this time to add a red patterned paper border to the top of the reveal wheel. I also accented this area by wrapping with Lime twine and tying into a bow.
The Reveal Wheel is so fun to use and as you turn the dial the various sentiments show up. The Say What Christmas Critters set has sentiments that coordinate for each critter, so ‘fa-la-la llama’ for the llama …
… ‘have a cool holiday’ for the penguin …
… and ‘you’re such a deer’ for the reindeer. I also stamped an extra reindeer to make a cute little matching tag using the Say What Gift Tags dies.
Well, I hope you’ve enjoyed this Lawn Fawn day here on the blog. You can check out the Nutty Or Nice STAMPtember set here and the Say What Christmas Critters set here.

So super cute!!
Lawn Fawn has the sweetest critters, so super cute Debby and the tag is adorable!
Absolutely adorable! Great video.
So incredible cute cards and not only the STAMPtember sets are great but also the other things from the Lawn Fawn release. Thank you for showing Debby.
These are just ADORABLE!!!
oh so CUTE. Love your projects!
Beautiful design. I read your post and I have to say… I can not believe that you fussy cut these lil critters out. I always think that the designers get supplies for free or at least they should. I have been so OCD about getting the stamp die combo for lawn fawns nutty or nice. Yes I am the crazy one emailing Simon says stamp because the set sold out within 20 hours. I had the darn set in my cart at 2 am like the second it was released, but I had no idea that I needed to pay for it right away. I’m just so irritated by it all.
If you have gotten this far then thanks for reading my ramble of a message and thanks for sharing your nicely done work.
Hi Kristen, I’m so sorry you missed out on the stamp and die Lawn Fawn set. There are, as I type this, still a few of the stamp set on its own still available. The shapes for the Nutty & Nice set are easy enough to fussy cut without too many fiddly areas. Hope that helps.
