Oh my, I can finally tell you the big secret I’ve been keeping! So much has been going on behind the scenes here and I’ve been dying to share with you … and now I can! Online Card Classes invited me to teach a class Introduction To Color Theory!! I often get asked how I choose colours or how I’ve mixed a particular hue and so I’ve been beavering away in the background splashing colour around left right and centre and putting all I know and all my heart into this class. Not only will I be covering colour theory but myself and the other guest artists will be applying that theory into card examples. Registration for Introduction To Color Theory is open now! STAMPTEMBER UPDATE

There have been two more STAMPtember collaboration sets released since I last popped in here. Compensated affiliate links used.

What a fabulous and versatile Tie One On set from Honey Bee Stamps! I do love a good balloon, and that confetti image is fabulous too as well as a whole host of sentiments to mix and match. I have this idea in my head to stamp a few balloons overlapping and then watercolour them so that the overlap corresponds to the mixing of the two colours. So a blue and a yellow balloon would give a green overlap etc. Hopefully, I get the chance to put this idea onto a card soon.

Next up and we have the fantastic Tim Holtz STAMPtember 2018 cling mount set with four stencils. Yes, four stencils! Oh, look at the detail in those stamps! That’s the advantage of cling mount stamps, you can really pack the detail in, and the red rubber gives a perfect rendering of the detail. I have so many ideas for this set tumbling around in my head trying to get out LOL. Hopefully, I’ll have a card to share with you soon.
