Hi, today’s post is part of a blog hop to celebrate the 10th Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge. I adore Kathy Racoosin and the work and dedication she has put into encouraging us all to colour each day with this challenge. I was beyond honoured when Kathy and her sister came all the way over to Scotland for the inaugural Colouring Challenge Road Trip last year and I hope we can persuade Kathy for a return visit one day soon. You can find more information on the colouring challenge and blog hop below. I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
My card for this colouring challenge blog hop uses the Under The Sea Animals set from Simon Says Stamp for a vertical focal point. I stamped three of the sea animals from the Under The Sea Animals set in InkOn3 Blackout ink and coloured with Copic Markers before die cutting with their matching dies.
I added Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen for some under the sea shimmer and also a coat of Glossy Accents for the turtle shell and crab.
I stamped a sentiment from the Under The Sea Animals set in Clear Embossing Ink on a Black card and sprinkled with White Embossing Powder before heat setting. I trimmed the sentiment to a skinny banner.
For the background, I used the Waves and Hills, and Waves stencils from Simon Says Stamp and blended Tattered Rose, Antique Linen, Bundled Sage and Evergreen Bough from one side of a piece of Neenah Solar White card. I then cut the panel with a Wonky Rectangle and foam mounted onto a Neenah Solar White card base. I also foam mounted the sea critters as if they were stacked on top of one another while holding the sentiment banner. Finally, I added droplets of Glossy Accents for bubbles.

I so enjoy your coloring! Your cards are all so beautiful!
I’m jumping in here, thankfully on time! LOL Your card is ADORABLE & WONDERFULLY COLORED!!!! I will be coloring WHATEVER I can get my hands on for this challenge! I’ve picked up an old piece this morning already & will finish it off soon! ;)
I may try to work on a few coloring book projects I haven’t finished. I just finished a cute thank you card that I “upcycled” from a company that sent the cutest preprinted (but uncolored) card in the package of goodies I ordered.
The card is lovely, such a nice finish on the turtle shell. I’m colouring stamped images on cards at the moment, trying to get a bit of a stockpile of birthday cards…
Adorable! I love these little critters!
Stunning card nad beautiful colouring as always! I’m colouring birthday cards! June is a month full of birthdays for me! <3
Super cute card! Amazing coloring!!
SOOOO CUTE!
Love all the textures you added to the sea creatures. I’m going to be working on card fronts for birthday cards.
