The best things in life are sweet for sure which makes my healthy eating plan so hard LOL. However, these Suzy’s Paintable Prints Sweet Treats are calorie free! I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
I love the convenience of Suzy’s paintable prints. No stamping, inks, masking or planning required; just choose one from the pack and you are ready to get painting. The images are printed on Tim Holtz Watercolour Card and are sized to fit the front of an A2 card. I like to paint one of these prints when I need a little downtime. However, I also always take a few away with me when I travel along with my travel palette and a couple of brushes.
Pink icing doughnuts, rainbow lollipops, chocolate sauce on vanilla ice cream with a cherry on the top, sugary macaroons …. my mouth was watering as I painted with my Daniel Smith watercolours!
Once I’d finished painting, I added a few details – white gel pen on the cupcake and it’s flower, Crystal Glaze on the lollipop, chocolate sauce and pink doughnut icing and finally Star Dust Stickles on the cupcake, ice cream and macaroons. This card certainly sparkles and shines!
I left the panel to fully dry and then trimmed it slightly before foam mounting on a card base cut and scored from Neenah Solar White 110lb.

Summary of the project which gives all the views of the card in one photo :D I’d love if you pinned and called by on Pinterest :D
Yummy…It’s quiet tempting !! Loved the bright Colors and shine on them !
The shine makes all the difference!
Brilliant idea Debby, the Suzy’s watercolour prints and the Daniel Smith watercolour palette would be ideal for me to take into the hospital when I am having my chemotherapy each week. Are they available anywhere else apart from Simon Says Stamps do you know? I could though use my ARTEZA watercolour pens if I could not get the palette but as you have chosen the colours I thought it would be a great idea to get this too. (Less to carry too!) I love how you have finished off all the sweet things with glazes etc.
Hi Lorraine, great idea for taking them to hospital with you. These prints are exclusive to Simon Says Stamp. I find a travel palette really handy to take travelling. The one I linked isn’t filled with paints though, I filled it with my Daniel Smith tubes. Best of luck finding a crafty travel pack to take with you for treatments.
I bought this set the moment SSS released it! They’re so fun and have the cutest designs!
So true!
Gorgeous and it looks so yummy Debby, thanks for showing.
What a yummy print! Great coloring!!
