Today’s post is part of a blog hop (more details below) to celebrate Reverse Confetti’s January release. Jennifer del Muro is the owner of Reverse Confetti, and you may have seen her ‘beast mode’ posts on social media as she underwent treatment for breast cancer. The worst part, the treatment, is over for Jen and I’m delighted to be joining the blog hop today as Jen moves full steam into 2018. I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. My card uses the beautiful Something Wonderful stamp with matching die. This set has a lovely solid rose image and three large script sentiments. I also used the Forever My Love patterned paper. I like that although this paper pad is aimed at love and valentine’s it also has wonderful graphic patterns and some strong colours as well as pink tones. I picked out a leaf pattern and then matched inks to the pinky peach in the paper. I used Rosie Cheeks and Blush inks to stamp the solid image from the Something Wonderful set and then cut the flowers out with their matching die.

On a panel of Fog card, I attached a strip of patterned paper to the base of the panel and then foam mounted the rose die cuts above. I then stamped one of the sentiments from the set in clear embossing ink on Vellum and white heat embossed. I trimmed the sentiment to a strip and wrapped it around the panel, adhering the vellum on the back.

I mounted the panel on a white card base and then accented the roses with Bubblegum Blush and Simply White Nuvo drops.
