One of the much-anticipated features of STAMPtember are the collaborative sets between Simon Says Stamp and other companies within the industry. The first of these sets have been revealed today with the always highly popular Lawn Fawn set, Christmas Like No Otter. I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. LAWN FAWN CHRISTMAS LIKE NO OTTER

The cuteness factor is always ramped up to the max with a Lawn Fawn set! All together now … awwwwwwww!

I started my card by stamping the pair of otters and a couple of leaf sprigs from the Christmas Like No Otter set in Intense Black ink, die cutting with their matching dies and colouring with Copics. I added Wink Of Stella to the Christmas hats, white gel pen details to the otter’s tummies and finally Crystal Glaze to the leaves.

I stamped a couple of the sentiments from the Christmas Like No Otter set on a die cut circle; bending the sentiments to fit the curve of the circle. To make the otters pop off the circle I added a spotlight of Lake Shores ink, gently blending the ink with an ink blending tool in a circular motion.

I die cut a Scalloped Rectangle from patterned paper, wrapped it in Sweetheart twine and then added all the other elements with foam adhesive on to a white card base.

As a final touch, I added a couple of Robin’s Egg sequins and Crystal Glaze drops.
