The Neat & Tangled sneak peeks for June are well underway and I’m joining in today with a look at the cute Flamingo Floatie set which will be released on Friday at both Neat & Tangled and Simon Says Stamp. I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.

The Flamingo Floatie is such a sweet illustration and I couldn’t wait to get colouring. I stamped the images in Intense Black ink, coloured with Copics and then die cut with the matching dies. I added Frosted Lace Stickles to the wing and part of the beak, white gel pen polka dots to the little girl’s swimsuit and Glossy Accents to the water droplets.

For the background I blended Lake Shores and Spring Rain inks through the Rice Paddies stencil and die cut with a Wonky Rectangle. I stamped the sentiment in a combination of Versafine Onyx Black ink and Rose Apple ink and then foam mounted the elements on top before adding Frosted Lace Stickles to accent the stencil. I also added a few of the new Sherbet sequins and drops of Glossy Accents. When the panel was dry I foam mounted it to a side folding white card base on which I’d covered the front of the card with Echo Park patterned paper.
