Today I have a video (see below) simply Copic colouring the cute Dachshunds from the Waffle Flower Pawsome set to create a cute birthday card. I loved the dogs and in particular that most of the characters came in pairs. I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
I stamped the dachshunds from the Pawsome set in Intense Black ink, coloured with Copics and then die cut with their matching dies. I blended Lake Shores ink in to white card and then cut with a Stitched Circle die. I also die cut a Lacy Layers 5 x 7 die from white card. For the sentiment I chose the birthday one from the set, stamped it in clear embossing ink and white heat embossed it on Black card and trimmed to a skinny banner.
I added all the elements to a Fog card base with foam adhesive and then finished with a few extra details – white gel pen accents, a good dose of Wink Of Stella and lastly a sprinkling of sequins.

How absolutely ADORABLE.
Darling card, Debby. I love the sparkle. :-)
Omg, I love it. I am owned by 3 dachshunds. If you ever feel the need to purge that card, there is a home for it in the foothills of NC!!
Completely wonderful card making yet again! One of the things I love about this set is the reverse image for the pups. I’ve often thought this is a missed trick on so many stamp sets, Jo x
This is adorable ! I absolutely love the doggies!!
Have a wonderful day,

So sweet. Love this card. So dog gone cute
Adorable card, love these dogs
Hey Debby..I just left a comment on your YT Video but forgot to ask, did you make a 5×7 card and if so, what do you use for the card base? Here in Canada, 5×7 are the ‘norm’ here so my question is, what would you use to make a 5×7 card base seeing as 8.5×11 cardstock wouldn’t work? Do you buy precut blank 5×7 card bases? As I said in my YT comment, this card put a ‘long’ (teehee) smile on my face. Cheers Debby
Nancy, you can cut your 8 1/2 x 11″ card stock at 7″ wide by 10″ long and fold in half to make a 5 x 7 card or you can buy them pre-made at a craft store with the envelopes.
Hahah – too cute and beautifully done Debby :-) I have just recently started using WF stamps/dies, they’re delightful!
