I adore the bear from the Big Bear & Bird designs for Waffle Flower and so from the new Spring release I automatically reached for the Happy Day set first. Is there anything more adorable than a big bear on a bike! I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.

I stamped a bunch of the images from the Happy Day set in Intense Black ink on Neenah Solar white card and Copic coloured them before die cutting with their matching dies.

With the colouring complete I laid out the images and realised I wanted to make a long landscape card for my Spring scene. I cut a rectangle of white card and softly blended in Rosie Cheeks, Melon and Lake Shores inks, which I then splattered with a solution of Perfect Pearls. Laying out the images again on the ink blended background I realised I didn’t have a lot of room for a sentiment so found a skinny ‘congratulations’ sentiment in the Popping In set which would work perfectly. I stamped the sentiment in clear embossing ink, white heat embossed and then trimmed to a skinny strip.

I added all the elements with foam adhesive and then mounted the panel on a white top folding card base and added a few clear sequins to finish.
