I made this shaker ornament card using the gorgeous Merry Christmas set a while ago and then forgot to share it! I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
Isn’t that script from the Merry Christmas set just lovely. I stamped it in clear embossing ink on Arches Hot Pressed watercolor card. I used hot press and not cold press as it is smoother and I wanted to get a good impression. I then white heat embossed the sentiment and watercolored over the top letting the heat embossing resist the paint.
I cut the watercolor with a Nested Circle and also cut a piece of acetate with the circle die too and then sewed the two together. Just before I completed a full circle of sewing I squeezed in a few seed beads and sequins :D I cut an ornament topper from silver glitter card and adhered with strong adhesive.
Well I’m on the final stretch of preparations for the Holidays. I’ve a few posts to share this week but then I’m going to take a week off posting next week apart from one post which I have planned already. Just thought it would be good for you to know what to expect for the next couple of weeks :) How are your preparations going?

Thank you! I just keep the foot of the machine on the edge and either slow pedal or hand turning to keep it accurate :D
