Today it’s the turn of Memory Box for this cute Love & Laughter exclusive set for Simon Says Stamp’s STAMPtember. I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
Love & Laughter is a great combination of cute winter rabbits and gorgeous sentiments :D I stamped the bunnies and wreath in Intense Black ink and then masked the images before adding the lamp-post and sledge. I then used more of the masking paper to mask those images too and also to create a snowy slope.
Then I blended Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink for the glow of the light and Rosie Cheeks, Melon and Lake Shores inks for the winter sky.
After which I removed all the masks and colored with Copics. Now I had intended to stamp the sentiment on the sky but I got carried away and added some snow with embossing paste and the Falling Snow stencil and then I realised I couldn’t stamp the sentiment on the sky any more and yet I didn’t want to stamp the sentiment on a panel and cover up the lovely colors of the sky.
In the end I was happy with how the front of the card turned out and just put the sentiment on the inside instead!

This is just the cutest card ever! The colors are beautiful and I love the texture of the snow. I went immediately when I saw the card and ordered the set before I came back and wrote this. After all, I couldn’t let it get away!
