I needed an encouragement card for a friend and the sentiment in the Shine On set was perfect for the occasion. To lighten the tone I paired the sentiment with a little monkey from Baby Party Animals floating up to the moon on the string of a balloon. I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. I stamped the moon and stars from Shine On, the monkey from Baby Party Animals and the balloon from Cuddly Critters Accessories in Intense Black ink, colored with Copics and die cut with their matching dies. I added lots of shimmer and shine with Wink Of Stella on the moon, Stickles on the stars and Glossy Accents on the balloon. These are then foam mounted on a Stitched Banner blended with Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Faded Jeans, Chipped Sapphire and Spun Sugar. I splattered the panel with water and then dabbed with a paper towel to lift away some of the color and then splattered with a solution of perfect pearls.

The sentiment is white heat embossed on black card and then trimmed to be slightly wider than the banner and again foam mounted on top. The finished banner is then mounted on a Fog card base.
