I had this lovely autumnal negative die cut of a Maple Leaf left over from another project and it was too pretty not to use! I’ve linked all supplies at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
To start I had a huge amount of fun with a bunch of Distress Inks (see supply list below) on a piece of Neenah Solar White which I then ran through with the Stitched Whirl Background. Afterwards I ran the piece through again with the Stitched Grand Maple to create the negative cut before finally running it through with a Stitched Square.
I used this piece as the front for the shaker; backing the panel with acetate and then layering foam adhesive around before mounting on to a piece of fog card on which I’d white heat embossed the Tiny Alphabet Background with of course a bunch of sequins trapped between the layers. I then popped the shaker on a Desert Storm card base, accented with enamel dots and a twine bow :D Oh and I added the sentiment from Sketch Ranunculus with white embossing on black card too.
