I was humming away to myself while coloring ‘… and she wore an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini …’ OK so we’re talking a swim suit for this cute bear from Summertime Animals but I bet you’ll be singing that all day now too! This post is part of a hop to celebrate the start of the latest Coloring Challenge from Kathy Racoosin. You can find out more about the hop below :D All supplies are linked at the end of this post. I went with a nice clean and simple design; stamping the bear from Summertime Animals in Intense Black ink and coloring with Copics with a dot of white gel pen for his cheeks before die cutting with the matching die. After which I got busy with my inks, blending Lake Shores, Spring Rain, Scuba and High Dive in to white card, and then die cutting with the Splashy Waves dies. I coated the pieces in Ranger Multi Medium Matte and dunked them in Dry Rock Candy Distress Glitter.

For the speech bubble I again headed for my inks to get a nice subtle pink color with Teeny Bikini (… and she wore an itsy bitsy …!) and then when fully dry white heat embossed the sentiment.

Everything is mounted on a Basic Rectangle of white card with a few sequins dotted around and then on to a Fog card base.

This bear kills me with his dead pan expression and yellow polka dot trunks LOL. I hope he bought a smile to your face too which will perhaps make up for the song buzzing around in your head now :D
