White heat embossed and watercolored flowers are a staple in my opinion! There’s something about the white lines that add detail while still keeping the image light and airy which suits florals so much don’t you think? I’ve off set the gorgeous Organic Blooms image from Mama Elephant to give a bit more white space and also that leaves room for the sentiment too. All supplies are linked at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.
Starting on a piece of Arches cold pressed watercolor card I stamped the flowers in Versamark and then white heat embossed before watercoloring. When dry I cut the panel with a Stitched Rectangle and then added the Smile Script die cut from more of the watercolor card to give a tone on tone effect.
To complete the sentiment I stamped one of the add-on messages from the Organic Blooms set in Versafine Onxy Black ink on Ivory card and trimmed out before foam mounting under the Smile Script die. The finished panel is then mounted on a Fog card base.
I hope you aren’t getting bored with watercolored cards yet as I’ve more to share on Wednesday with a fun hop to celebrate Hero Arts Summer Catalog. I hope you will call by and join in :D

I love this card! And no, not getting tired of watercolored florals!! But I do wish you’d do a video, showing us your watercolor techniques. Especially with this card–the way you shaded the blooms is interesting, and I would have loved seeing you in action. Anyway, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for calling by Annie, I’ve a couple of watercolor videos – one over at Simon watercoloring a wall and watch out for a watercolor wash coming on Monday :D I do love sharing videos but they take so much time in comparson to a photo only post. Bear with me and I will share as many as I can squeeze in :D
