A great mix of cute, retro, floral and plenty of lovely word dies thrown in too :D
I hope you aren’t bored of watercolor cards! Watercolors are certainly the media I reach for most often at the moment :D For today’s card I stamped the various images from the Beautiful Ride set in Versafine Onyx Black on Arches cold pressed watercolor card. The bike comes as a stand alone image that you can then add the basket, crate, dog etc to :D
I painted in the bike images with simple watercolor layers. After which I built up a country lane scene with a wash of blue for the sky, green bushes with dots of color for flowers and then a sandy track. I didn’t mask off the bike, just carefully ran my brush around to avoid it. I finished off with a few sequins and a bit of splatter – I do love a good splatter! The watercolored panel is then mounted on an Ivory card base which is a great color match for the Arches card :D
