Yesterday in the Clear & Sheer Online Card Class I used this cute Lawn Fawn Fairy Friends set to create a clear card. If you’ve not signed up for class yet then you can check it out here. I couldn’t resist coloring these fairies again to create a fairy garden scene. All supplies are linked at the end of this post. Compensated affiliate links used.

I stamped a bunch of the Fairy Friends images with Intense Black ink, die cut with their matching dies and colored with Copics before adding Stickles to the wings and Wink Of Stella to the dresses.

Amazingly for me I used a bunch of patterned papers for this card! The panel is a stitched rectangle cut from Bokeh In The Snow (Lawn Fawn) then the wood effect stripe is a Stitched Oval of Hello Love (Crate Paper), the spotty paper is from The Story Of Fall (Echo Park) and finally the green stripe paper is Let’s Polka In The Meadow (Lawn Fawn) on which I stamped the sentiment in Versamark ink and white heat embosssed.

I think that’s the most patterned paper I’ve used on a card in a long time but the natural colors all seem to gel together to give a woodsy feel to make these fairies feel at home :D
