Spring plaid and Easter balloons? Urm yes!! The balloons are from the new Clearly Besotted Best Easter set which will go live along with the rest of the new release later tonight (05 March) at 10pm UK time, 5pm EST. As for the plaid, that’s from the yummy Perfectly Plaid paper pad from Lawn Fawn :D

This is a nice simple card to end the peeks on – I stamped the balloons in Intense Black ink on Neenah Solar White and colored with Copics before trimming out and running a black marker along the edges to hide any white core showing. These are then foam mounted on a Stitched Rectangle of the Perfectly Plaid paper which I’d stamped with the balloon strings.

The sentiment is stamped in Intense Black and Hot Lips and then trimmed to a banner shape and again foam mounted over the patterned paper panel. The panel was in turn foam mounted on a white card base and then I added touches of Wink Of Stella clear glitter pen. Simple, colorful but aren’t those balloons oh so cute!
