Best friends are, well, the best aren’t they! And these two from Simon & Dexter Christmas couldn’t be any cuter. I kept this card nice and simple; it was just so enjoyable to stamp (Memento Tuxedo Black), die cut (matching dies) and color (Copics).
Once I’d got Simon, pulling the sled with his best pal Dexter sat on top then I created a scene, cutting Stitched Slopes and Hills from Neenah Solar White and foam mounting over a panel of My Favorite Things patterned paper.
I tucked the tree behind one of the slopes and foam mounted Simon and Dexter then accented with Wink of Stella, stickles and glossy accents. Finally the sentiment is stamped in Versafine Onyx Black and trimmed in to a banner. The finished panel is then mounted on a top folding card base. Nice and simple and another Christmas card sorted!

Well I happen to love your “simple stamping”! The adorable scene is delightful with those critters — the dog reminds me of my middle daughter’s rottweiler who is a total goober…I miss them both.
