Today is the last of the Clearly Besotted peeks before the sets go live at 10pm UK time tonight (5pm EST)! The new release will be available at Clearly Besotted and Simon Says Stamp :D
Having concentrated on the gorgeous new floral sets in the release over the last few days I couldn’t let this cute Wild Thing set go by though LOL. The set is filled with the sweetest safari animals and sentiments to coordinate. I mean who’s singing with me now – wild think …duh duh .. I think I love you! Hehe!
I stamped the lion in Memento tuxedo black on scrap of Neenah solar white and coloured with Copics, trimmed out and ran a black marker around the cut edge to give it nice finish. I stamped the image again on a stitched circle and adhered the coloured one on top. There’s just a tiny bit of extra dimension this way :D The sentiment is stamped in Pale Tomato and trimmed into a double ended banner. The two pieces are foam mounted onto a panel of cute Pebbles paper and on to a Neenah Desert Storm card base.
I added a few enamel dots, glossy accents to the nose and a good coating of Zig wink of stella to the mane. And that completes my peeks, however, for more inspiration pop by and see Stephanie for links to the Design Team and our awesome guests this month; Lucy Abrams, Jo Nevill and Jen Nelson :D
