Another simply stamped project today for Clearly Besotted Stamps sneak peeks. The adorable elephant from the new Baby Shower set was a must for me to get inky. Two quick and easy cards mean I’m well prepared for a new arrival :D

Both elephants are stamped in Simon Says Stamp Fog ink on Neenah solar white card and cut out with the matching die. The spotty ear is stamped in Hero Arts Fresh Peach and the striped ear in Simon Says Stamp Surf Blue and both cut out with their die. The elephants are then mounted on white tags cut with the Rounded Tag die and the coordinating images stamped – water droplets in blue and hearts in pink and a coat of Zig Wink Of Stella to make them sparkle :D

The sentiment is stamped in Black and the tags strung with Lawn Fawn twine before mounting on a card base with a little Lawn Fawn paper down the side.

These cards are easier to see in real life; photo taking in the winter is proving as challenging as ever. Ah well, I will keep striving to get better with whatever nature throws at me. Yesterday was hale, wind, snow, deep black skies and then for a brief moment clear, cold and blue! Talk about a bit of everything LOL. We dashed out when the weather was manageable and nipped to a lake nearby to feed the ducks and birds. I’m still enjoying the holiday time and making the most of every moment as the schools go back on Monday and we will be back to normal routines and all the good and bad that entails!
