The Better Together release from Simon Says Stamp is live! The release is filled with everything from punny valentines to all year round stamps and dies. It’s a busy time of year I know and for those that celebrate all our focus is on this Holiday Season, but once those Christmas gifts have been opened we look to the next Holiday event. Perhaps a little something from the new release might find it’s way into your Christmas stocking ;)
Adorable right? I’ve used the Fun Images and Sentiments set today but I will certainly be wanting to colour the Little Monsters set too. The Danish Hearts dies are really unique as is the Sketch Heart die and a fabulous all year round set is the Love Makes A Home; so many things I want time to play with!
I love a good pun and straight away reached for the Quite The Pear set with matching Pear Images dies :D Having stamped the cat in Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured him black and white with Copics I chose a neutral and red colour scheme with accents of aqua using the Something Wonderful paper pad from Teresa Collins. The paper plane went well with the colours too but the Quite The Pear set has 6 images in total to choose from. In the set is also the most adorable little heart which I coloured, added Zig Wink of Stella glitter pen and Glossy Accents. Having stamped, coloured and cut out the images, the matching sentiments are stamped on the banner from the Holidays At Home dies. Everything is then layered over two tags cut with the Valentines dies, hole punched and threaded with twine around a pillow box.
The Better Together release has something for everyone, why not pop a little something in your basket for you or a crafty friend this Christmas :D
