I love the changing season; dew on the morning grass, first leaves to change colour and Hero Arts Christmas catalogue!! Lots of delicious new goodies to delight the eyes and see us into the holidays :D I couldn’t resist the new Tag and Label dies; yes I know I’m addicted to tags but in the scheme of things that’s not too bad LOL. I die cut the lovely large tag from Neenah solar white card and then stamped one of the fun sentiments from the new Bird & Branch Christmas set in Versafine onyx black – I love the tall skinny font they’ve used for these set and it also has a couple of birds and branches in there too. To dress up the sentiment I reached for the new Holiday Petals and Leaves set, this too has some lovely greetings but it’s the great, well leaves and petals that sold me on this set ;) I started out by stamping the berries in Red Royal and then worked my leaves around from there – the holly leaves in Forever Green and the other sprigs in Soft Olive.

I left the tag pretty CAS except for adding a dose of glossy accents to the holly and berries and some Wink of Stella to the sprigs, afterwards all that I did was to punch a hole before adding the tag to a Lawn Fawn Goodie Bag cut from Fog card. Better get used to seeing this bag – sooooo cute, perfect size for small gifts, sooooo cute, easy to put together with its own score lines and did I mention it’s cute too :D The tag is tied to the bag handle area with a little Lawn Fawn twine. All very simple, this would be a great project to make multiples of.
