My sister phoned last night to see how our holiday had gone and while catching up on all the news she told me about the latest escapade of her adorable but rather naughty rescue black labrador, Jack. He is the sweetest dog and a great companion but he does have a mischievous streak and yesterday he stole the bag of sugar she had laid out to make meringues and ran off into the garden to spread sugar all over the place!

Today, while I was trying to unpack the suitcases and working the washing machine to its maximum I detoured to open my mail …… caught sight of the new You Are Pawesome set from Simon Says Stamp’s This Is The Life release ….. and before you know it I’d coloured the adorable pooch from the set in the image of Jack! He was just too cute LOL. He is Copic coloured and die cut with the matching dies and then mounted onto a tag I cut using one of the new Frames dies and a Martha Stewart hole punch. The sentiment stamped in Black and Schoolhouse Red onto the Fog panel is also from the You Are Pawesome set. One last touch was to add a white/sugary paw print using some Unicorn ink and the new Paw Print stencils :D

OK, time to put the next load of washing in! If you haven’t already seen it, I posted earlier today with all the details of the new release – that was when I was convinced I didn’t have time to make a card LOL. Oh and one last quick picture of the culprit who inspired this card :D
