I made this card for my niece; she is the sweetest person I think that I have ever met! On top of that she is a very clever young woman who is just about to graduate. As she prepares to take that next step in life her aims are, well to be honest, high – money, 9-5 hours and no working weekends …….. perhaps she still has a lot to learn LOL. However, I am sure that she will carve her own path in life with that beautiful smile she always carries and her open-hearted nature :D

The sentiment on this card comes from the soon to be released Clearly Besotted set, The Graduate, which contains traditional graduation images as well as inspiring sentiments. However, I wanted to to go a softer route and heat embossed the sentiment in Platinum Sparkle onto Fog card – the sparkle on this is so gorgeous and yet really doesn’t photograph well :( To go with this soft combination I reached for the Bridal Bouquet set again which I previously used on this card and the same ink colours. A few pearls and sequins were just the right finishing touch.
