I’m over on the Simon Says Stamp blog again today with a DIY post about using your supplies outside of the craft room! A collaboration between my daughter and I resulted in a Mother’s Day table setting with cookies decorated with the aid of craft supplies! Here’s a little peek:
Let’s just say that embossing paste has often been described as having the same texture as fondant icing! I hope you will pop over to Simon’s blog as there are lots more photos over there :D
Supplies: Heart Cookie Cutters; Tala Icing Syringe; Sugar Icing; Food Colouring; Palette Knife; Baking Paper; Silver Pearls; Dies – Simon Says Stamp string of hearts, large holiday shapes, hearts & spoons, tri circle, medium tag, mum; Stamps – Simon Says Stamp mother’s day; Ink – Simon Says Stamp lavender; Card – Simon Says Stamp lavender, Neenah solar white 110lb, DCWV glitter card
How wonderful, Debby – love Mother/Daughter projects! [and I’d love to eat that cookie =]
Lovely & some very creative out of the box crafting. Sweet having 3 generations together.
