How about a light and airy card today inspired by Joni‘s card for this week’s CASE Study. Here’s Joni’s card:
Isn’t that just gorgeous! Delicate stamping with overlaid vellum and a strong sentiment :) Unlike last week where my card strayed rather from the original inspiration, this week I hope will be able to see my train of thought :D I stamped the feather from Clearly Besotted’s Fancy Feather set in Iced Spruce and then used the matching die to cut a feather from tissue paper. I messily sewed this down, leaving threads dangling and then added the die cut sentiment in silver glitter card. I love the transparency of the tissue paper, it really adds a delicate feel.
I can’t believe this is the last week with Joni as our muse! I have really enjoyed this month :) I hope you will pop over to CASE Study and see Joni’s CASE of her own card and also those by the Design Team and our two guests for March; Sarah Gough and Kate Lorenzini.
