Hello! This is my second post today; I’m popping back in to share a little gift card envelope that I made to go with my card over at Online Card Classes :) My card involved an inlay die cut technique and as part of that I got left with a speech bubble with a little pattern paper down one side. One to never throw anything away I took that and made this little envelope with some great double sided patterned paper and then popped the bubble on the front :)
I’m very excited at the prospect of the start of class and hope to see some of you over there :)
Supplies: Dies – Clearly Besotted Stamps you said it, Simon Says Stamp gift card envelope; Stamps – Simon Says Stamp valentine spoons; Paper – My Mind’s Eye cut & paste adorbs; Ink – Versamark; Embossing Powder – Hero Arts white; Mist – Heidi Swapp black color shine; Sequins – Kelly Purkey gray; Enamel Dot – My Mind’s Eye kate & co. oxford lane
Lovely, Debby – of course I am reading these posts in reverse order, so now off to see the coordinating card :)
Fabulous card for class! Love that you got a “two for” out of it! I absolutely love this technique! Thanks for sharing!
Cool use of your scraps, Debby! I love your card in the OCC, and can’t wait to get practising the new techniques I’ve learned. :-)
Nice card and great way to use up scraps…I have a scrap bin needing to be used!!
I’m so pleased that you are in the same class as I am! I always admire the cards that you make and aspire to be as good as you . . . I also think that you are an amazing photographer, your card photos are second to none!
