How about a little pop of colour to encourage those first stirrings of Spring! Has your weather changed yet? I love the changing seasons more so than a specific time of year; that first warmth to the sun and new shoots starting to green the foliage, bringing the promise of change from what has become the norm. So with the sun streaming through my windows the other day I thoroughly enjoyed putting this bright and happy card together.

I took out my new Clearly Besotted Stamps stash due for release on 05th March and let myself just play. I stamped one of the gorgeous images from Elegant Butterflies onto it’s matching die cut and coloured with Copics. To add some glitter and shine I went over it with a Zig wink of stella clear glitter pen and then flicked a few gold splatters :) To accompany my butterfly, I raided some of my recent shopping sprees for an Amy Tangerine tag, some Crate Paper tape and patterned paper and finally a little Studio Calico vellum and a pinch of wood veneer stars. Hehe, I do love a good spending spree, such a plethora of lovely goodies since CHA!
