Hello! I’m popping in for a little CASE Study love today! And I seriously love, love, LOVE this soft and pretty inspiration from our muse Danielle!

CSC179

Soft watercolours colours, scripty words, vellum, stitching, stars, banner …. seriously Danielle’s card is a knock out! I put all of those inspiration starters into my card – I even left the stitching tails dangling! I must admit my OCD was kicking in a bit and trying to make them all tidy but in the end I loved the freestyle feel :)

The main part of the card is that stunning patterned paper from Glitz. Onto that I layered and stitched some vellum stars coloured on the back with Copic markers. One that was all sorted I gave the panel a good splattering with gold Heidi Swapp mist and then it was simply time to add a Tilted Banner from Simon Says Stamp and a die cut Small Hello also from Simon.

Don’t forget to check out the CASE Study blog – lots going on with Danielle’s take on her card, the DT creations and also those of our two guests,  Caryn Davies and May Park

Short and sweet today, but things are hotting up around here as we kick off the Spring Release for Simon Says Stamp tomorrow! Eek I have so much to share with you over the next few days! I’ve posted a few peeks of ongoing work, along with other things, on Instagram if you want to pop over and check them out :)

One final thing before I go is that I’ve started a ‘for sale‘ page. With the aim of keeping things here current, I’ve started to sort out some supplies which are no longer available or retiring :)

Supplies: Dies – Simon Says Stamp small hello, tilted banners, Clearly Besotted Stamps superstar; Card – Bazzill marshmallow, 40lb vellum, DCWV glitter; Paper – Glitz hello friend; Heidi Swapp color shine gold; Copics R24, Y32, BG34
