Sorry to be a little MIA just recently; I’ve been working on some Design Team projects that I can’t share quiet yet, but you will get to see them at some point! For today though I am delighted to be joining in a new challenge on the block – Cure For The Monday Blues by Taheerah. Here’s the inspiration for this week:

Isn’t that dreamy gorgeous! I took one look at those walls and thought ‘Bazzill Taffy’!! So once the taffy was in my hands I looked at the photo again, hmmm, the striped headboard – that could be some white heat embossed stripes and the white word above that could be white heat embossed too, maybe on vellum. I reached for the new Simon Says Stamp set Blessed – the beautiful font in this set is just perfect :) The butterflies were a given for me – I do love a good butterfly! I cut the Chrissy butterfly from a rich coral colour, brought in the yellow tones with an enamel dot and the browns with a bit of twine. There is so much going on in this photo, I really could’ve gone in a hundred different directions!
