I am so excited to be welcoming you to my stop on the 2014 Hero Arts Catalog Blog Hop!! Seriously this is one of my MOST favourite times of the year! The opportunity to delight in Hero Arts fabulous new designs just gets my skin tingling with anticipation!

One of the things I love about Hero Arts is that they cover all ranges of images from soft floral to hitting the trends to crazily cute and everything in between :) I jumped at the chance to indulge in two new adorable Operation Write Home sets which ramp the cuteness factor off the scale!

My first card uses the Lil Hoot (cl755) set which has three heart-warming parent and baby images along with adorable sentiments :) The sweet owls are coloured with Copics, masked and then I brought Distress Inks in from the edges of the tag before flicking with a solution of perfect pearls.

The tag is mounted over some patterned paper strips and the sentiment nestled in around the grouping.

Finally I couldn’t resist making a matching envelope too; stamping just the leaves in the corner of the mailing label and colouring with Copics :)

My next card uses the equally adorable Missing You (cl756) set; slightly crazy, cute images with perfect punny sentiments too :) I stamped the sheep twice, coloured with Copics and cut out and mounted onto a panel of card on which I’d masked clouds and pulled Distress Inks in from the edges.

The sheep are popped on a couple of die cut, patterned paper hills, and a glittered heart accents the fabulous sentiment :)

Now, the fun part for you! Hero Arts will be giving away several prize packs, with winners randomly chosen from ALL of the blog hop comments received by midnight PST on Sunday, December 22!

Next up on the hop is the fabulous Tami Hartley, I can’t wait to see what she’s made! Remember, if you find a link that doesn’t work, you can always hop back to the Hero Arts Blog for a list of direct links to all the blogs in the hop.
