It’s CASE Study time and as it’s the first Thursday in the month we have a new muse! Be prepared to be wowed by all sorts of awesomeness by the amazing Elena Roussakis! Elena has a wonderful style which I absolutely adore, sort of CAS but soft and a little distressing in there too – really unique :) She also crafts the most outstanding parties!

You have got to take a look at the original post as one photo can’t capture all the wonder that is one of Elena’s party sets :) I thought I’d have a go at a little set myself! As Elena does the most amazing work for Lawn Fawn I reached for their Winter Sparrows set. Now I know this set is supposed to be for winter and the little bird I used is actually wearing ear muffs but to me they look just like a set of Beats headphones! Perfect for a little party :) Here’s the gift box. I used the wonderful Milo’s abc’s set for my lettering.

These letters line up like a dream! I used them again for the place setting – my daughter walks from room to room turning the radio on where ever she goes, so I made this set with her in mind :)

Finally a little tag for the drink and flag for the straw. And this is where everything went wrong! I’d just taken these photos but wasn’t happy with them in comparison to the beauty that Elena creates. I was thinking of changing out the background …… and. I. knocked. the. drink. all. over. the. place! OK so these photos aren’t so bad after all LOL.

Not only have we Elena to wow us this month but we also have Michelle Williams joining us as our Guest Designer for October :) Please pop by the CASE Study blog to see Michelle’s creation as well as those of the Team and of course Elena’s CASE too :)
