Yey, I’m back! Things have been just a little more crazy than the normal level of crazy we have around here LOL. Last week we took the family to seek out a little bit of sunshine before donning the winter woolies. We enjoyed wonderful, quality family time with blue skies, clear seas, warmth and sunshine. It was pretty much perfect and a much needed break :) However, with any trip away there’s always the crazy preparation time before and the crazy washing and getting back into routine afterwards. It was worth it though for those precious memories. Treasuring every moment.

On my return home I was dying to get inky again and play with Kelly Purkey’s October & November project kit. On holiday I’d spent some time perusing Pinterest and noticed lots of lovely skinny, long tags around. My tag is simple; a little Neenah desert storm and a touch of patterned paper, oh and an eyelet from my stash. Do you find that your eyelet stash never diminishes no matter how many you use LOL. Once I’d got the tag made I reached for the fab ‘thankful’ sentiment from the kit stamp set (Serenity Now). I love how the sentiment really packs a punch simply stamped in black on the tag. The tag is mounted onto more patterned paper from the Basic Grey persimmon collection die cut with the Wrapped Mailing Label from Simon Says Stamp :)

I am so glad to be back and aiming for my normal blogging schedule to be resumed but I’m going to call it a day today as I still have lots of catching up on things to do :)
