Oh my, can Clearly Besotted Stamps really be one?! Stephanie has done an amazing job bringing out a wide range of fabulous stamps and then bringing in all the gorgeous dies to match. So here’s to you Stephanie and to Clearly Besotted Stamps 1st birthday!
We are celebrating in my favourite way with a hoppity hop! Hopefully as part of the hop you have come here from the amazing multi-talented (did you know she’s an author too) Cristina Kowalczyk! If not then you can start at the beginning of the hop at Stephanie’s. Believe me you want to complete this hop as Stephanie is one of the most generous people I know! Not only do I get to giveaway one of my all time favourite sets, Fancy Feathers, from comments left on this blog but Stephanie is also offering a grand prize of $75 Simon Says Stamp gift certificate and £100 Clearly Besotted Stamps gift certificate to one winner picked from all the comments left on all the blogs in the hop!
For my card I chose a couple of the gorgeous new sets which will be released shortly – Pretty Poinsettia and Delightful Doilies. I have seen lots of lovely vellum recently so I’m really pleased I picked up a pack of the Bazzill 40lb vellum not long ago :) I white heat embossed the fabulous poinsettia three times on the vellum and then selectively cut out the leaves gently moulding them with my fingers to give dimension. I also highlighted the veins with a touch of Star Dust Stickles. The Delightful Doily white heat embossed onto Neenah Desert Storm grounded the poinsettia and a twist of twine finished it off :)
Now it’s time to hoppity hop along and your next stop is a stamping megastar! I know that all of us at Clearly Besotted Stamps are delighted, and slightly star struck, to have THE Jennifer McGuire joining us!
Edited to add: Giveaway of the Fancy Feathers set now closed.
