Hi folks it’s time for another Simon Says Stamp challenge! This week the challenge is sponsored by Maya Road and the theme is Back to School :) The challenge goes live at 9am EST Wednesday and there’s a fab prize to be had each week!
As soon as I saw this challenge I knew I wanted to use Maya Road’s Metric Ruler stamp :) I paired it with the Perfect Shot Arrow Stamp Strip set and made my own sentiment with Clearly Besotted Stamps Basic Alphabet. Very CAS this week, even more so as one of my enamel dots dropped off! I usually aim for groupings of uneven numbers, so there only being 4 dots on this card is so bugging me LOL. I’m going to drop this card in to my youngest’s bag. The children all started back to school yesterday – where did the summer go!
That prize I mentioned; $50 Simon GC to the winner each week :)
I hope you get the chance to join in :)
With a back to school theme and my own littlies back at school it is starting to feel like the change of season is upon us. It will soon be September and with that comes Simon Says Stamps wonderful month long STAMPtember®!
Supplies: Stamps – Maya Road metric ruler, perfect shot arrow stamp strip, Clearly Besotted Stamps basic alphabet; Inks – Versafine onyx black, Memento tuxedo black; Enamel Dots My Mind’s Eye find your wings and fly up and away, kate & co cambridge court; Paper – Simple Stories snap just the basics; Copics – Y13, Y15

I’d love to share this project on next Trendy Tuesday post for Paper Crafters Library, too! You have an awesome modern style. You can check out the blog here: http://blog.papercrafterslibrary.com/ If you don’t want to be featured for any reason, please let me know. The post will link back to your blog as well.
Of course I’d be delighted for you to share on the PCL blog Katherine. Thank you for your sweet comments :)
I love the simplicity and elegance of this card. Just so, perfect!
This card totally makes me snigger from both awesomeness and funnyness. And your post made me giggle too, with the mention of your even number of dots! On rare occasions I have put an even number of embellishments on just to shake things up and play rebel, lol. Embrace the chaos! ;-)
Thanks Taheerah, not sure my OCD will embrace the chaos though LOL!
