Hi folks it’s time for another Simon Says Stamp challenge! This week the challenge is sponsored by Paper Smooches and the theme is monochromatic :) If you’ve not come across the challenge before, it goes live at 9am EST each Wednesday and there’s a fab prize to be had each week!

 I had fun playing with the whale from Paper Smooches Surf and Turf. I stamped him on vellum in Versafine ink and then heat embossed with clear powder. To get the white area to the front of his jaw I carefully added Ranger enamel accents on the back of the vellum and left to dry. Then I added a hint of aqua over his body with Copics to tie in with my aqua paper. I used clear foam adhesive (Kool Tak) to pop my whale on to a vellum tag. To continue the clear/peeking through theme I die cut part of a cloud from the vellum tag and then also embossed the die into the card panel too. A few sequins and aqua enamel dots finished it off.
