Hello! After 3 delicious weeks touring America we are back home and slowly trying to get back into the swing of things. For me that means a mountain of washing, sorting, children’s taxi service and such LOL. However, I was finally able to find some time to get acquainted my craft room again! With the 3 week holiday and the end of term activities beforehand it must be over a month since I sat at my craft table! To say I was feeling a little rusty is an understatement LOL.
So I thought I’d take things slowly and start off with a tag for the latest Clearly Besotted Challenge – Seeing Spots. I always find a challenge helps to get the mojo going. I broke the seal on the new Home Sweet Home stamps and dies and picked out the polka dot house (so sweet) and added a hill cut from spotty paper to really make sure I hit the challenge theme LOL. I added in one of the lovely trees and a cute as can be cloud before stamping the sentiment up the side.
My photography skills were also feeling a bit rusty, my lens was playing up and while on holiday my laptop wiped itself three times :( I’m slowly getting my laptop back in order but am having difficulty getting my software programs reloaded including Photoshop Elements which I use to edit my pictures so please excuse the slightly off photos.
Right got to dash. It’s been lovely being back here in person rather than scheduled posts – they never feel the same somehow LOL.

ADorable, love the pretty stamping, teamed up with the hessian bag :)
I love how you did this tag. The detail around the edges is darling!
I love the tag and the bag. What did you put in the bag?
This is so strange, but my husband and I just vacationed in the same area (We live in Utah). Eastern New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts to include Cape Cod, must be calling all of us there this summer….lol
Hi Lorrie, I’ve not put anything in the bag yet LOL. I like to make things as I feel inspired and then have them on hand for when I need them.
We must’ve been in the same area at the same time Lorrie! I loved Cape Cod – great laid back feel – just up my street. New York was fab and I loved seeing everything but I’m not really a big city person. Seas, beaches, lakes and countryside are much more up my street :)
