I am having so much fun with Jocelyn as our muse at CASE Study this month! I’m learning all sorts of digital techniques :) First lets have a look at Jocelyn’s card for the week.

CSC150

Wow, simply wow! When I read Jocelyn’s post it turns out she recoloured the original digital image, so I thought I’d give that a go! I picked these wonderful colours; the image might not be very seasonal LOL but the colours are just so beautiful!

and got busy with my PS Elements. I recoloured two ranunculus images and resized them. Popping one full centre like Jocelyn’s card and one bleeding off the top left corner with a simple sentiment. I reduced the flower sizes and used them on some tags too. Then I popped everything into a little folder.

The folder is so easy to make, it is simply a 7.75″ by 4.75″ piece of card scored along the long side at 3.75″ and 4″. Two of the Gift Card Pockets from My Favorite Things were perfect for holding everything and by gathering the twine from the tags to the middle it gave a sort of bookmark appearance to the note card set :)

Please pop by the CASE Study blog to see the rest of the Design Team’s creations along with our guest for July, Tracey McNeely and of course Jocelyn’s CASE of her own card!

One more thing; CASE Study turns 3 at the beginning of next month and there’s going to be a fun few days to celebrate! Wohoo!
